Men’s Bible Study Christmas Party

In July, we went to the interior of Guatemala to do a Character Presentation for one of the credit unions, with whom we work. They gathered together their entire management team, along with the Board of Directors. We brought them new ideas and techniques to strengthen their on-going character initiative.      

In July, Amy, Conner and Sophie May spent an action-packed week here with us. Parents, Phil & Amy May, along with their two sons, Jackson and Conner, have served this ministry on teams in previous years, but this was Sophie’s first “Heritage Trip”. Leo was only 10 years old when he joined our original Boys’ Club in 1998, Falcon’s of the Great King. Twenty-one years later, we had the joy and privilege of watching Leo, now 31-years-old, graduate from the university. During the early years in the Boys’ Club, he learned Biblical principals, enjoyed excursions around the country…

Our Valentine’s Day party was filled with food, fun and festivities. We have been studying the power of the spoken word. The ladies drew names last week and this week brought a spoken blessing for the one she had drawn. It was emotional and powerful. We also celebrated Lidia’s 27th birthday, born on Valentine’s Day….

We were absolutely blessed recently with a surprise visit. It was one of the “boys” from our Boy’s Club, “Falcons of the Great King” (1998-2004). The air was filled with laughter, love and celebration as we have closed out our 22nd year of Bible studies.
