Bible Study Christmas Party 2013

We enjoyed our last big planned event for 2013! Twenty-seven ladies and who knows how many children, gathered together to celebrate the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ. We ate festive homemade tamales and drank hot fruit punch. We celebrated December birthdays and special milestones. One of the ladies brought us a wonderful Christmas message. The unexpected rain didn’t slow us down. Instead of doing the Christmas pageant outside as we traditionally do, we cleared out the tables and did it inside. The “Thanksgiving Team” had prepared a bag-full of goodies for each one of the ladies and each one of the children.
