Children’s Christmas Party

This year we divided our annual Christmas Party into two parts. The children’s teacher could not be with us for our last meeting in 2014, so we celebrated the Children’s Christmas party a week early. The saddest part of this ministry is having to say “farewell” to any children that have turned 13 during the course of the year (the study is for children ages 4-13). This year we had one young lady that has been attending since she was four. On the fun side, each child (about 30 of them) received a gift. For most, it will be their ONLY Christmas gift. Each gift was delivered with a big hug! Even with some ladies and children missing, about sixty of us studied the true meaning of Christmas (the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ) and enjoyed the Christmas cheer.
