Art’s Men’s Bible Study Group gathered together for their end-of-the-year Christmas Party and sports events. They worked up a good appetite for homemade hamburgers by playing croquet, horseshoes and volleyball. Following a mid-afternoon lunch, Art shared a message that challenged the men.
October first, Day of the Child, is heavily celebrated here. Along with food, piñata, races and competitions, the participation of girls from the Señorita Group made it a special day. In early September, we hosted a Father-Son day full of fun sports activities including croquet, volleyball, horseshoes, garden bowling and of course, soccer. The fun, laughter and food was followed by a Spiritual message. It was unanimously decided we need to do it more often!
