The Ladies’ and Children’s Bible Studies celebrated Mother’s Day with fun, food, games, gifts and lots of laughter. Lidia, who grew up in this ministry, through her tears, she taught about the humble heart of Mary Magdalene when she washed Jesus’ feet with expensive oil. Lidia, a mother herself, said she is proud to serve in this ministry as part of the first fruits. She was very young when she starting attending the Children’s Bible Study.
The last part of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 found us busy with various Character Presentations to Credit Unions. We often drive to “the interior” of Guatemala to do presentations with the employees. We have also met with the Character Committees for 2014 planning.
