Mother’s Day Events
May was a month of celebrations and events. Lisa was asked to share Mother’s Day messages both at church and at a special breakfast sponsored by the San Lucas Mayor’s Office. Two days prior to our big 20th Anniversary in the Ministry event, The Lady’s and Children’s Bible Studies also celebrated Mother’s Day. The kids played, then performed a special act for their moms. The ladies sang, prayed, played games and listened to an impacting message shared by one of the leaders about Mary the mother of Jesus, from the Book of Luke. We ate delicious Mexican tacos and celebrated the May birthdays and upcoming Anniversary with cake. Fun was had by all.
