Señorita group-Ambassadors for Jesus Christ
We recently made a special day for these young ladies to always remember! We hosted a beautiful ceremony where each one stood up in front and recited 1 Corinthians 6:18 by memory, then signed a Declaration of their intent to remain pure until marriage. They were prayed over with scented anointing oil from Israel (Rose of Sharon), they then received their new tailor-made blouse with the name of their group on it, Ambassadors for Jesus Christ. Art presented each one with a rose, explaining the significance. It was a very moving and very emotional ceremony. Their parents accompanied them. We savored a delicious meal together and the girls sang a lovely hymn. At the end of the ceremony, each one received their Declaration framed, ready to hang on the wall. 1 Cor. 6:18 “Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.” (NIV)
