Both the Lady’s and the Men’s Bible Studies continued in our absence when we spent the month of March in the states visiting family and friends. Upon our return, the Lady’s Bible Study threw a Welcome Home and belated Birthday Party for “Arturo”. Along with food, cake and meaningful words, they also presented Art with a big basket of fresh fruit and Lisa with a gorgeous bouquet of bright yellow sunflowers. We had missed them every bit as much as they missed us.

The last part of 2013 and the beginning of 2014 found us busy with various Character Presentations to Credit Unions. We often drive to “the interior” of Guatemala to do presentations with the employees. We have also met with the Character Committees for 2014 planning.
